Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the South Australian Ice Skating Association Incorporated A8573 (Association) will be held at: 

Sport SA, Military Road, West Beach at 6:30pm on Wednesday 15 October 2025.

BUSINESS of the AGM

1. To confirm the minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting held on Thursday 13 June 2024.
2. To receive and consider the Financial reports, President’s report and Auditor’s report.
3. To consider any Other General Business, subject to compliance with rules 51 and 52 of Constitution. 
4. Motions for ordinary business and nominations for board positions may be submitted no later than:      
   5:00pm 6 October 2025.
5. To appoint the Honorary Auditor.
6. Election of Officers & Board Members.
7. Appointment of two scrutineers.
8. Declaration of the result of the election.
9. ​Note that items requiring a Special Resolution are not provided for in this Annual General Meeting
